Our recently renovated Catskills home offers a spacious, multi-level layout designed for comfort, flexibility, and relaxation—perfect for families and groups. Main Floor - Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area - Comfortable living room seating for 6 - Dining table for 8 - Fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4 - Full bathroom Ground Floor - Cozy lounge area with TV and futon (converts to queen bed) - Dedicated workspace with standing desk and monitor - Bedroom with one queen bed and a twin bunk - Full bathroom Second Floor - Primary bedroom with king bed, private balcony, and peaceful wooded views - Guest bedroom with full-size bed, dresser, and wardrobe - Shared full bathroom Good to Know - One locked owner’s closet is not accessible to guests - The separate garage building is not part of the rental - Located in a natural wooded setting—occasional wildlife or insects are part of the Catskills experience - Exterior security cameras monitor entrances for safety
