Your experience is our focus and goal. We want to stand out in the best possible way with comfort and cleanliness. This is an absolute for us when we travel, and we know how important it is to get these basic things as a foundation so you can enjoy the area activities, including Buccaneer Bay and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, all less than two miles from home. Visiting the springs and the Hernando beach area is a must. Delta Woods Park is a scenic walk and a great picnic spot two and a half miles away. Whatever brings you to the area, your home base should be everything you anticipate as your own.
Good to know
A few things stand out: with an open floor plan that flows, our home is spacious and wraps around the kitchen, which has access to a large Lanai, outdoor dining area, and heated pool nestled back near the 7th tee of Oak Hills Golf Club for a very private stay! Plenty of dining options and shopping within just a few miles - High-Speed Wifi everywhere, large screen SMART TV in every room. Something for everyone to spread out and recharge from every day. Please, No Smoking inside the home
Other Details to Note
You will receive access information, including Wifi, the day before check-in. People you may see on the property include: - Rob, the pool guy, usually comes on Wednesday, but it's not a rule as his schedule changes. - Landscaper Steve and Stephens Lawn care, usually Tuesday or Wednesday We have three wifi access points that may look like Alexa devices, One in the Master bedroom, one in the Queen Bedroom, and one in the living room. If you want full access to Wi-Fi, don't unplug them. We respect your privacy; please respect our home. To protect our home and investment, we have cameras on the exterior at points of entry and facing out. We are not here to watch you; it's only protection for just in case. I appreciate your understanding upfront. If you have any concerns with this, please don't book.

House is in a golf course community nestled behind the 7th tee at the beginning of a cul-de-sac. The golf course is not very busy so whether you want to walk the greens or browse the neighbor on the street either is great for morning or evening walks or runs.
